Everyone loves a bargain, and we at CCHS know it’s true! That’s why in April 2004 we opened our very own Thrift Store at 5900 Bells Ferry Rd in Acworth. All proceeds go to help the animals – either in spay/neuter programs, finding them new homes or providing educational materials to the schools.

Are you looking for furniture of all types in good shape, maybe even new pieces?? Or how about clothing? We have tons of kids’ stuff, and most of the items are just $1.00. We even have designer clothing, including jeans.

If your desires run along the jewelry line, we have lots of costume pieces and purses and belts galore! And what about that old record album that has a special place in your heart – maybe it’s at our Thrift Store.

Folks have even found that missing piece of china from their set at the store, and we have glassware and dishes filling the shelves. And the readers spend lots of time looking through the well-organized library section – hard covers for $1.00 and paperbacks for just 50 cents.

Of course we have sales at certain times of the year – look for our Overstock Sale coming up soon. We know a lot of folks by name – many come in on a regular basis because they know they can always find something they need (or want) at our store! Our employees and volunteers can help you find just about anything within the walls – and of course you can make tax deductible donations, too. Drop-offs are from 10-5 Monday through Saturday.
